Required skills and expectations: 1. Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in a leadership role, with a strong track record of success. 3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. 4. Proficiency in supply chain software and tools, such as ERP systems and inventory management software. 5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. 6. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
